Plans unveiled for world's largest yacht

Emocean Yacht Design company presented a project of the largest yacht in the world. The yacht will have an enormous length of 200 meters (656 feet) which is equal to two football pitches. It will be longer than world's current biggest private yacht, "Eclipse".
"Eclipse" is a property of Roman Abramovich, Russian billionaire. The design yacht will be longer by 99 ft.
The project is being presented to billionaires around the world. It will have drive in garage, vehicle garage, two 30m day boats, helipad and hanger, 30m swimming pool, nightclub, casino and games room, 2 level cinema, 3 beach clubs with health and spa, 10 vip rooms, 22 guest suites  and owners deck. It will be capable of taking 45 guests and 70-people crew.
Although the economic crisis still lasts, I think that billionaires have demand for luxury and that Emocean will find customers. The design is innovative and that is why billionaires may be interested in buying one. The designers estimate the cost for about $1 billion, which is a pretty impresive sum. They also predict that we will be able to see it built and on water in five years, but in my opinion that won't find clients so fast.
