First issues with iPad, Apple's new tablet, has been reported by the users. Problems concern the Wi-fi connection that is said to not work or be suddenly dropped. Apple confirms that the issue may exist and suggests some solutions.
Users describe different problems. One of them is that user is unable to join Wi-fi network after the device comes from sleep. The other says that one can connect to the network only if the iPad is very close to the router or access point. Another iPad owners say that they experience sudden drops in signal in the place from which other Apple devices seem to work fine.
Apple confirmed that the issues may occur and published an article explain how to solve the problem. An Apple employee also posted FAQ on one of company's forums. Ironically one of the suggestion is to "move closer to the Wi-fi router or hotspot."

It was obvious that sooner or later some issues with the new tablet will occur, although I didn't expect problems so fast. On the other hand, Apple sold about 700,000 iPads the first day, so there was so many users who tested the device in various ways that we should expect some issues. Yet, there is no perfect device, and iPad isn't one neither.
